The Bell Harbor Conference Center/World Trade Center is Seattle's premier destination waterfront event venue. Bell Harbor is located on Pier 66 in the heart of Seattle’s waterfront, and offers 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space with capacity for up to 6,000 guests, with panoramic views of downtown Seattle and Puget Sound. In addition to the expansive function space at Bell Harbor, our fabulous sales team also books events at World Trade Center Seattle (WTCSE), located directly across the street, as well as Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 on Seattle Magnolia waterfront.
If cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. If cancellation notice is received within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee). If cancellation notice is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee).
