As the program starts early on Tuesday morning, we do require a Monday check-in. The Venue Package includes Monday night's 7pm welcome dinner and hotel stay.
Your program fee includes your hotel accommodations, all meals, and any activities included with the program. Upon registering for this program, we will make your hotel arrangements for Monday through Wednesday nights. All participants are required to stay at the venue Prosci provides.

Nestled in the heart of Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Cooper Hotel Conference Center & Spa is the place to stay well. Offering 61 spacious rooms with 12 suites, resort amenities and beautiful outdoor grounds, Cooper Hotel is the ideal venue for your next meeting. Cooper Hotel is centrally located with convenient access to Dallas Love Field (8 miles) and DFW International Airport (17 miles).
During your stay, you will enjoy complimentary High-speed, multi-user Wi-Fi, Parking and Complimentary access to the 52,000-square-foot Cooper Fitness Center, one mile outdoor cushioned walking/jogging trail, four lighted tennis courts and two outdoor temperature-regulated pools.
All participants are required to stay at the program venue. If cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. If cancellation notice is received within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee) within a year. If cancellation notice is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee) within a year. All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are attending the same program with one or more colleagues and working on the same project (which we encourage), you can receive a program fee discount.
The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a $500 discount code for each of their colleagues to use when registering for the same program.
You can apply this discount one of two ways:
1. If registering at the same time: The discount will automatically be applied to your total price during checkout.
2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $500 of their individual program fee.
