As the program starts early on Tuesday morning, we do require a Monday check-in. The Venue Package includes Monday night's 7pm welcome dinner and hotel stay.
Your program fee includes your hotel accommodations, all meals, and any activities included with the program. Upon registering for this program, we will make your hotel arrangements for Monday through Wednesday nights. All participants are required to stay at the venue Prosci provides.

The Seascape Resort is located just south of Santa Cruz and overlooks the beautiful Monterey Bay. Amazing things happen when people come to Seascape Resort for a meeting. Minds open to match the coastal sky; ideas soar along miles of Monterey Bay beachfront. People smile while they work and creativity blooms! Set amid towering Monterey pines on sculpted bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Seascape Resort provides a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a setting of unparalleled beauty.
Trails and pathways meander along the bluffs and down to the beach. Pelicans, seals and dolphins are regular visitors (and whales make occasional, and always dramatic, visits). Just standing on a balcony breathing the sea air is a rejuvenating experience. Seascape Resort is about 75 minutes south of San Francisco International Airport on coastal Highway 1, and only 30 minutes north of Monterey, Carmel, and Pebble Beach.
All participants are required to stay at the program venue. If cancellation notice is received more than 30 calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. If cancellation notice is received within 30 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee). If cancellation notice is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee). All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing at register@prosci.com.
If you are attending the same program with one or more colleagues and working on the same project (which we encourage), you can receive a program fee discount.
The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a $500 discount code for each of their colleagues to use when registering for the same program.
You can apply this discount one of two ways:
1. If registering at the same time: The discount will automatically be applied to your total price during checkout.
2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $500 of their individual program fee.
These credits are available through Prosci-taught programs. Programs taught by Prosci affiliates may provide different credits.
