Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer program is a total-immersion program where participants spend four days learning together both in and out of the classroom. Your program fee includes your hotel accommodations (Monday through Thursday nights), all meals (with the exception of one dinner), and any activities included with the program. Upon registering for this program, we will make your hotel arrangements. All participants are required to stay at the venue Prosci provides.
As the program starts early on Tuesday morning, we do require a Monday check-in. The Venue Package includes Monday night's 7pm welcome dinner and hotel stay.
Prosci Headquarters is located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Fort Collins, Colorado. Training will take place in our state-of-the-art training room, with accommodations less than five minutes away at the Cambria Suites. The area is conveniently located near I-25 and includes plenty of restaurants and shops. Just 10 minutes away is historic Old Town Fort Collins, a premiere destination and regional center for business, culture and entertainment.
All participants are required to stay at the venue associated with this program. If cancellation notice is received more than 60 calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. Within 60 to 45 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee). Within 44 to 15 calendar days of the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee). Within 14 calendar days the program fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. All cancellation or transfer requests must be received in writing at register@prosci.com.
