Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / transfer requests received more than 30 days prior to the start date are fully refundable or transferable to another session date. Cancellation / transfer requests received within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable and will incur an additional fee to change program dates of 25% of total program cost when requested 15-30 days prior or 50% of total program cost when 0-14 days prior. All cancellation / transfer requests must be received via email to: register@prosci.com. Unused funds will expire 1 year from the original payment date.

The first person to register will pay the full program fee and will receive a $500 discount code for each of their colleagues to use when registering for the same program.

2. If registering separately: The first person to register will pay the full program fee and can receive a discount code to give to each colleague to use during checkout to receive $500 of their individual program fee.
