Virtual Instructor-Led Training via Zoom

Prosci hosted virtual instructor-led programs will be delivered using Zoom. Zoom is a web-hosted online training service. It is an online classroom and desktop sharing software that enables your Executive Instructor to present their screen to participants via the Internet in real time. In addition, there are tools for polling, sharing materials and collaboration to learn from one another.

Your Physical Space

If you are working from an office or from home, find a location that will allow you to focus with minimal distractions – somewhere you can hear and be heard. Shut down all other applications like email and work applications and remove any distractions to create the best learning environment possible. Your Executive Instructor knows it can be difficult to stay focused and will provide timed breaks and multiple opportunities for you to engage. Get your physical space ready ahead of time so you can focus on learning and applying your new knowledge and skills.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation or transfer notice is received by Prosci 31 or more calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is fully refundable or transferable to another session date. If cancellation/transfer notice is received between 30 and 15 calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 75% can be transferred to a subsequent session (25% change fee) within a year. If cancellation/transfer notice is received 14 or fewer calendar days before the program start date, the program fee is nonrefundable and 50% can be transferred to a subsequent session (50% change fee) within a year. All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent to Prosci electronically at register@prosci.com.

Terms and Conditions

Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration for participating in Prosci’s program (the “Event”) and to the greatest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with participating in the Event known or unknown, including but not limited to, injury and/or death, and you hereby release Prosci, Inc., its employees, consultants, insurance carriers, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability and/or claims that you may be entitled to bring on your own behalf that arise from participation in the Event, including claims based on negligence or breach of warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims relating to or arising out of the Event, including those of a third party, and to not make claims or file any actions against any of the Released Parties arising in whole or in part from your participation in the Event. You further agree to pay all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by any Released Party in defending a claim or suit brought by you or on your behalf. You understand that participating in any additional activities beyond the Event is voluntary and that your change management certification is not contingent upon participation in any such activity.

Cancellation/Transfer

Cancellation / transfer requests received more than 30 days prior to the start date are fully refundable or transferable to another session date. Cancellation / transfer requests received within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable and will incur an additional fee to change program dates of 25% of total program cost when requested 15-30 days prior or 50% of total program cost when 0-14 days prior. All cancellation / transfer requests must be received via email to: register@prosci.com. Unused funds will expire 1 year from the original payment date.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
